Enjoy your next adventure with our Medium Tent Package! Ideal for families or small groups, this package is available as a flexible Grab & Go option or with delivery and setup (except July/August). Add our Cozy Package for extra comfort, or customize with a variety of add-ons. Festival rentals are always full-service and all-inclusive.

  • Grab N Go Festival Package- Gear Only (3-Night, MINUS Cozy Package) $499 (3 nights, all standard gear, no set-up, delivery to Festival Grounds Entrance for hand off)
    • Add Cozy Package ($35/person) or Sleeping Bag Set ($20/person) per guest

Grab N Go Option

Prefer to handle setup yourself? Our Grab & Go option lets you pick up your tent package at our location and return it when you’re done. It’s flexible, convenient, and perfect for DIY campers. Available for both regular and festival rentals (see pricing above).

Peak Season Notice (July & August)

All tent rentals are pickup-only during July and August. Delivery and setup available all other months.

Security Deposit & Policies

  • $500–$750 refundable security deposit required

  • Inspect tent upon pickup/delivery and report any existing damage

  • Any rips, holes, tears, or destruction result in replacement charges

How to Book & Payment Process

Security Deposit:
  • Standard: $500-750 minimum authorization hold
  • The hold is placed 48 hours before your rental starts and released after inspection confirms no damage
Booking Steps:
1️⃣ Create Your Account Before you can request a booking, you must create an account on our platform.
2️⃣ Choose Your Dates & Add-Ons Once logged in, select your desired dates, add any optional add-ons (Cozy Package, grill, canopy, etc.), and submit your booking request for any available camper.
3️⃣ Wait for Approval We'll review your request and either approve or deny it. You'll receive an email notification with our decision.
4️⃣ Pay Your 50% Deposit & Sign Rental Agreement (Within 7 Business Days) IMPORTANT: Once approved, you must log in immediately (or within a timely fashion) to:
  • Pay 50% of your total booking amount
  • Sign the rental agreement
You have 7 business days from approval to complete this step, or your dates will be released back into our active inventory and your reservation will NOT be secured.
5️⃣ Understand Your Security Deposit Card The credit card you use to pay your 50% deposit will automatically be the card we use for your security deposit hold.
Want to use a different card for the security deposit? Set a reminder in your phone for 45 days before your arrival to log in and pay your final 50% balance with the card you want us to use for the security deposit hold.
6️⃣ Pay Your Final 50% Balance (By 30 Days Before Arrival) CRITICAL: If you do NOT log in and pay your remaining 50% balance by 30 days before your arrival date, the system will automatically charge the card on file for the balance due. That same card will also be used for the security deposit hold placed 48 hours before your rental starts.
7️⃣ Security Deposit Hold (48 Hours Before Arrival) The card used for your final payment will have the security deposit authorization hold placed 48 hours before your reservation. The hold is released after a thorough inspection confirms no damage.
What If My Booking Is Denied? If we cannot approve your request, you'll receive an email explaining why. We'll also follow up with a phone call or email to see if we can accommodate you in another way (different dates, different camper, etc.).
